Your husband is lucky to have you there for him. During a headache my husband helps me by rubbing the back of my neck and temples and other pressure points. I lay with my head on his lap and he digs his fingers under my skull at the base of my neck, it sounds a little intense but it works. Also, he puts pressure up under my cheekbone and pushes up toward my eye. Another spot is the brigde of the nose, just squeeze between the eyes. Just help him stay calm and tell him it will be over soon even though you have know idea when it will end. Good Luck.
