I used antihistamines for my sinuses for awhile and It seemed to help the CH's. With that knowledge in my hand, I thought I would try that near the beginning of this cycle. Unfortunately it seemed to make them worse. I tried four or five different times to no avail and then said "this sucks". So I stopped. May work on someone though. What about using nasal spray at the onset of an attack to open the clogged side? That sometimes provides little relief (a 7 to a 6) but unfortunately that no longer helps me neither. You know, I'm starting to think I'm immune to everything but germs.-------------FREEK
