Knowing that question could cause you to wax on eloquently for hours, but I'll take my chances.
I asked the blood pressure question in an earlier post. Did you read the responses? Some had high bp some didn't. That gives more solidity to my theory that the pain comes from inflammation of the blood vessels rather than the expansion/contraction of them.
The daylight/circadian clock mechanism causing a chemical or hormonal release thus causing phlebitis of the blood vessels in the brain/sinus cavities/cranium (yes I clearly have no knowledge of proper medical terminology)It may be why massive doses of histamine blockers work for you (and probably others if they tried it)and strong NSAIDS help me somewhat. So what think ye?
