You are correct, concentration is the key. If you anticipate the relief you’re in for a longer stay. I used cold air exclusively last cluster even though I have several boxes of Imitrex. Eyes open, eyes closed, breathing through the nose and through the mouth. Whatever I was doing at the time of the pains submission I thought was the better way of delivering the air.
When my eyes were open I was focusing on a small crack inside an ice cube ( I use the refrigerator freezer). I sincerely believe that concentration is 50 % of the battle. If my mind wanders I have to start all over.
I am between clusters now but autumn is on its way, so the clusters will be too. I’ve obtained a dehumidifier which I will modify to deliver cold air without having to stand in front of the fridge.
