seem to be far less painful. And Now that you come to mention it. If I have a Chinese meal, which in England is absolutely full of MSG, that I get an attack about fifteen minutes after eating it. Other food on the other hand seems to set the headaches into remission if only temporarily. I always put it down to not drinking enough water when I eat the rice, but it could be the sauces.??
I'll watch out for it the next time I have a curry :-)
