Does anyone have experience with rigorous exercise prior to a CH?
Just a thought, but I left my Ercaf in the car during a hike at Crater
Lake. I felt an attack looming and I hurried back. This seemed to
help abate some of the pain. Also, MSG does it trigger a CH in anyone?
