After a particularily bad attack (9-10K), I often have a shadaow effect that goes on for a couple of hours or so. Before I found this site, I referred to them as "memory headaches" in that if I concentrated I could "remember" what the attack felt like, but if I ignored it I could could go on with my life. Now I call them shadows.
