apparently you are as confused as me,
about where to find the list of laws that regulate who can talk, call, email, etc each other as they wish
we seem not to be able to keep consistently focussed on the topic at hand here- Cluster Headache - because people who haven't been "on board" for more than a couple days insist on dictating what the scope of the message board shall be (despite VERY clear guidelines on the front page, and occasional posts by the ONLY authority here - the webmaster whjo set up & owns the thing)
YET -
there is this (my opinion follows, if you don't like it, tough !) nutty fringe out there who think there is some mandate that everybody pay strict attention to what THEY have to say no matter what, and demand that nobody say or do anything that the aren't included in
what the @#@#$^&*()) is that all about ?
I know the magazines,etc - even TV ads - are full of puffery about some great new culture/civilization that supposedly is being spawned by the internet
BULLSHIT
this is a higly efficient communication device
period
I suggest that people who truly believe it is much more than that have bigger problems than CH to work on
