I agree with "most" of what you have to say, Bobbie. I believe it is important to stay as healthy as possible. That is why I do NOT drink alcohol and that is why I quit smoking. I also believe it is important to eat healthy. I also believe it is important to get a good night's sleep. Having suffered from chronic Cluster Headaches for the past 15 years I have come to realize that it is sometimes quite difficult to get a good night's sleep.
I believe it is important to leave an E-mail address with a post though. I happen to know that some people read this message board and for one reason or another; DON'T post. They are more comfortable E-mailing. I receive E-mails all the time from some of these people. They ask me questions and I try to answer them. Perhaps they have questions for you Bobbie? How can they ask you a question if you never leave an E-mail address? I believe that asking questions and answering questions is important.
I don't happen to believe that a prayer will do much good for Clusters. I do, however, think that a thought will do a TREMENDOUS amount of good for Clusters. Thank you for your thoughts and your prayers. That is another wonderful thing about this message board; the many different exchanges of opinions, thoughts, ideas and belief systems from the many different people.
