I know when she is in pain. She withdraws to the guest bedroom in the day, or she sneaks out of bed at night and keeps us awake in the kitchen. I know when she is having an attack. I can see it all over her face. I'm not an insensitive prick. I'm just saying that she keeps it to herself and doesn't talk about it. She cancels out on dinner invitatations, she forgets to mail out the bills sometimes and then she can't remember if she sent them after I ask her about it. For a family this is just too chaotic. I went to the ER and she said she didn't try to kill herself, that it was a mistake because she forgot what she had taken. She said that she couldn't remember what she had taken during the day and that she thought because her tolerance was so high she could take more than what she should have. That is BS. Pure and simple BS. She's a 4.0 almost college grad but it's those little things like how to count your medicine that stumps her. I think that she knew exactly what she was taking and how much. I think that she wants to be alone in this so she's got it. I am not sticking around to see her do this again. She can try to get custody but no judge would consider her after this and she can't function 100% to be even keep a job. This board is not my support space. I'm just letting anyone who wants to know that she is alive and now I'm late for work.
