you should come to this site if the desperation starts to get the better of you. You'll be amazed by the outpouring of warmth and respect that you will find here.
From the sounds of your post though, you've realized that suicide is not the answer and we're all glad you have someone there caring for you that didn't let you make that mistake.
And, as Todd says, who really cares as to your preference? It isn't an issue here. No one among us is in any position to judge.
Now, if you told us you have sweaty feet and do Elvis impersonations, THEN we might have something to say....
