My Neuro last Monday during my office visit with him said he did not like my BP being 159/95 and pulse 106....and that is low compared to what it has been since that time...The only meds I take are hormone, cholestoral (low dose), Synthroid (thyroid med) .15 mg.,Verapamil 360 mg (as preventive of CH) and at night I take the Motion Sickness pills instead of Amitriptyline (because I didn't want to wake up feeling like a zombie)...I take the O2 and Imitrex when I have a breakthrough...so, I don't feel like I am on so much medicine....I am on no anti-depresidents....etc...no pain pills..pain pills don't help during an attack anyway...I have the DHE45 Spray and Maxmalt...Maxmalt didn't work, so don't use it anymore...I am too afraid to use the DHE45-Spray with a 7-10 afraid it won't work and then I wouldn't be able to use the Imitrex within a 24-hr period...can't take that chance yet....I usually am nocturnal and mine are already a 10 by the time I wake up between 2-5 a.m.....
The Neuro said last Monday that there wasn't one thing I was taking that would bring my BP or Pulse up, except that maybe I was still overmedicated on the synthroid...we did blood test Monday morning to test that again...No results yet...
Thanks for your advise Judi....anything might help...The meds I am taking, I need to be taking...I don't feel I abuse them at all...Just afraid the Imitrex might be doing some hidden damage...especially of how I feel following the Imitrex Injection...think I am really going to die...
