Doc's nurse called this afternoon...wants me there before patients in the morning..to wear holter (spelling ?) monitor and also 24 hr urine tests of some kind...don't know what for...any suggestions?
My BP at 5:30 was 144/109 with a pulse of 108...that is after the Verapamil....would hate to see it if I weren't on the Verapamil....Tired, tired of feeling this way....Worn out...so very afraid I am fixing to get slammed with a bad CH...shadow now about a 3...following a stabbing ice pick pain in corner of right eye....I am usually nocturnal between 2-5 a.m. until lately...usually a lefty too,,,,until of late...The Demon is making up his own rules as he goes along...
My guy called an wanted to know if I wanted him to come stay the night....he would bring me something to eat or fix me something...that is a switch...he has a maid and doesn't fix anything...let alone wait on me...Thing is...I don't want anything to eat....don't want to even talk...too tired...
Had to push myself out the door for an appointment at 4...got great orders, can't even get excited over that...don't even feel like writing the orders up tonight...I'll have to be like Scarlette, "Tomorrow is another day"....if I make it til then, that is>....not so sure...
I really wonder if this is not a pre-warning to a CH.....Am I the only fool (CHer) that checks their BP and Pulse....Could it be a warning? I really think there is something here....Anyone else know...?
I am going to lay down and get the oxygen mask on for a while....maybe it will keep it at bay...I really want to check my BP during a 10 and then after taking the Imitrex Injection....Wondering if I am doing damage with so many of the Imitrex Injections...
