I have had cluster attacks without pain on more than one occasion. I could actually feel the vessels or whatever doing whatever they do. I could feel the razor turning and plunging but it wasn't hot and it didn't hurt. Their duration was the the same all other symptoms were there, just the absence of pain. It seems like I remember it being after the doc prescribed midrin (it was about 20 years ago) I thought it was the midrin, but after a couple three attacks that way the searing pain was back. It seems like there have been other times, but with so many years and so many attacks and I haven't kept a journal...seems like a good idea huh gary g?
