I've not yet had the pleasure but have read many of your posts. Have you been reading up on the Topiramate stuidies that have been going on? If you are going to a specialist you may want to dig back the last month and a half or so in the archives and bring the posts I rendered along with you. This drug is still in the trial stages but the preliminary results have been quite extraordinary. There are no guarantees as we all know but it is a very good shot at least. It's been the best thing for me I've found in 18 years to treat my clusters and results show it seems to work equally well for both episodic and chronic. It certainly can't hurt to try.
