I am sorry about your friend. I certainly acknowledge that CHs can cause depression and I am sure many others on this site have depression and other disorders. Life can be a hard road to hoe for the chronic and episodic CHer with other biochemical illnesses. I have suffered greatly from long episodes of HA before I found treatment that worked, but as much as I hurt, I had hope that my day would come. Patience, I had to work for. But I had hope and I am relatively OK with Chs. The meds I take finally worked. Took 15 years. There have been ground breaking researchers finding better treatments for other illnesses as well. That gives me hope, also
