7 days at 25mg Topamax, (topirimate) at night. No change. 3 days at 25mg Topamax in the morning and 25mg at night. Clusters are becoming less frequent and less severe. Continuing at 25mg/a.m and 25mg/p.m for the next 4 days. Then will go to 50mg/p.m and 25mg/a.m. for 7 days.
Noticing a difference in cognitive thinking. Having a difficult time finding the “right” word during a conversation. The first week I felt very tired. (Of course the CH attacks were relentless). Still on 480mg Calan SR(Verapamil) also.
