Hi. I'm back.
Last week I got my clusters back after about 16 months of being cluster free. And they came back with a vengence.
Last night between 9pm and 5 a.m. I had 10 separate cluster headaches all of which were incredibly painful in my right eye (like an ice cream headache that doesn't go away after 30 seconds) and caused severe nausea. Each lasted 10 - 30 minutes.
Because I have so many attacks in such a short period of time and I've been tackling them for 17 years (I'm now 33) I try to use as little medication as possible. Painkillers absolutely do not work for me and if anything cause me severe rebounds. And besides I cannot take painkillers 10 times a night.
I'm relying mostly on ice and am considering oxygen.
Is there anyone out there who also gets 10-20 headaches a day? How do you deal with this? Have you tried oxygen?

P.S. Tried ginger ale but I don't think it did anything but make me go pee a lot!
