I am in the 6th month of a very bad cycle so I know how you feel. I have a prescription for intranasal lidocaine. There is no cocaine in it ( I don’t think) but what it does is numb the sinus area and helps temporarily until other meds kick in. Your dr. should write a prescription for it and your pharmacist will have to make the compound.
Somewhere at www.headachedrugs.com they talk about this. If you print out the info and take it to your dr. he might do it. That’s what I did.
