Help! Trigeminal Neuralgia

I asked you on the boards yesterday about facial pain. I saw my MD late yesterday about excrutiating pain in my face. He said it could be trigeminal neuralgia or TMJ. I just got over a 4-1/2 stint with the demon. I need info from you if any of you have developed trigeminal neuralgia AFTER the clusterheadaches. With this intense pain, I have a sick feeling it just might be. I do not know anything about TMJ pain either. Thanks for your help in my dilemma.
