Yes, Theodoric of York is correct, we all need a good bleeding. After the hell I've gone thru this past week and this weekend, I'm ready for a good bleeding, 4 level 9 - 12's last night and massive shadows all morning. Yes, no sleep once again. Nothing to deal with the hardcore pain either. Ready to go mental. And remember, proper bloodletting techniques are as follows: Always fully extend the arm and place razor at base of wrist. With a subtle motion, pull the blade towards the elbow. This is the most effective method. Across the wrist is not as effective, although works over a period of hours. Carl D
