Oxygen, find a doctor that will prescribe it. I have had these horrible headaces for 10 years at 2 months per year.
I used to just suffer through them until I found this sight. Many of the people on this sight recommended oxygen and I am sure glad they did. I am currently in the last 3 weeks of my cycle, taking Verapmil and using oxygen when an occasional headache starts to get to me. IT WORKS - Tell your mother she does not have to be in the pain she is in, there are things she can get to help her get through her cycle. She will still get a few headaches, but that is much more bearable than 3 or 4 a day for 4 months. Wishing you and your mother the best.
