Jackie; I tried this once but it didn't post for some reason. Finding this web site has helped me immensly during this episode. For once "my" headaches are something that other people know and deal with. Many of my observations have been confirmed, and at least I know with some confidence what the nature of the beast is, just wish I/we knew how to whip it. So, I have been much more comfortable in explaining to friends, coworkers, and loved ones what it is we are going through, and I feel like they are more accepting of IT. Simply I guess, the web site has confirmed to me that ch is a real thing that I share with many other wonderful and unlucky folks. Hope something in that helps. My best to you and all of us for painless days and full nights of sleep.
