A couple of friends stopped by a little while ago just to "talk story". (That's Hawaiian for chat.) It was a welcome interruption. Within the first five minutes of their arrival, my level 4 shadow began to fade and by ten minutes it was gone.

Has anyone else gotten triggered OUT of a shadow or CH?
