Thank you Todd for your post. I have to do ice during an attack also. No heat during. After an attack I am usually cold and have chills, so out comes the hot pad. I will alternate today with ice and heat on my neck. Maybe that will help. I started with the ice packs yesterday due to a post I read by someone.
