Jackie, You need to be there with your children when they bring grandchildren to you. Your children are the most important thing to you right now but believe me, when the grandkids get here you'll be in 7th heaven. I'm 51 years old now and have fought the clusters since 1978 and many times thought I'd have to die just to stop the pain. My son and daughter were growing up when the pains started but there was no way I'd have missed watching them grow into adults. Now I have the 3 most beautiful granddaughters in the world and last week my daughter informed us that she was bringing us another grandchild. I'm not in a cycle right now, but, if I am when the child comes into this world I'll suffer, scream, cry and question God about the pain but there is no way I'm going to miss being there when the new little angel arrives. Please read through all the posts at this site. There is something new almost every day. A new treatment just out is using Ritalin. Talk to your neuro about it. Please keep us posted. We all care a great deal about you. There are pain free days ahead.
