As a fellow supporter, I can honestly say I know what you're going through. You fight to keep things together, but at the same time, you feel about as useful as tits on a bull. DON'T let it get you down. I know that's easier said than done, but it is quite simple - - refuse it to happen. Do what you have to do to keep yourself in top mental, spiritual, and physical shape, since you are the one that things are going to fall on. If you let it get you down, there are going to be 2 casualties, instead on 1, and that isn't needed. If you belong to a good church, get the word out that you need help. There are many who would probably be elated to take the kids for a while, sit with your husband a while, or whatever you needed. Some of the ladies in our church come and visit my wife, some bring food sometimes, etc., but it gives me time to come to work and run errands, and still keep some sanity.
