Yes..one of my earliest indications that I will be going into a cycle is a change in my sleep pattern...namely trouble sleeping. Normally not a problem for me. During a cycle I am getting ready for a really big one on the nights I can't fall asleep. When I finally do..it's one hour..and them a big one hits me hard and fast.
I've read and been told that a change in sleep patterns contributes to the headaches...just can't seem to get it across to some that the sleep pattern changes, because of the headaches.
Sorry to confirm for you..but I've finally found someone who knows what I'm talking about.
