Hi Duke, I am sort in the same boat, I was recuted nine years ago from a large corp. to a small co. They were aware when they recuted me that I had c/h. At the end of May they gave me my walking papers, nine weeks of severnce pay and good luck in the future. It all seemed to nice, I found out that our hmo was going to raise their insurance by about 10% unless I no longer was covered. The long and short of it is I am 44, receeding hairline, graying slightly and no one wants to hire me in an equal possition. All of this legal stuff doesn't apply to small co,s. So if you have legal recourse go for it.
