I went to the doctor today, finally, after receiving my insurance this week. He has not only heard of cluster headaches, but he served his residency in a Neurology Clinic. He knows ALOT about them and was surprised at my knowlege(alot of which I gained on this board). He talked about the fact that most doctors are idiots when it comes to these things. He gave me FREE Imitrex nasal(I am used to the injections), Maxalt-MLT, Verapimil, and even gave me somestuff for my reflux. He also prescribed me some Oxygen - now I just have to get the script filled.
He also said that he didn't need me to come back.....find one of these that works and call in for a script. If none of them work, come back and he would give me a bunch more free stuff to try.
That RAWKS Man!!!!
