I am scheduled to undergo surgery in two weeks for breast reduction or as I say a "boob shortening". I have always been busty on matter what my weight. I think that ofter the pull on my shoulders from my straps make a bad situation ten times worse along with carting 2 children. I confered with my doctors who said they would be happy to write to my insurance carrier to support my thoughts and decision. The constant digging in my shoulder esp my rt headache side has got to only make things worse. My insurance has agreed to the surgery and will cover the cost at 100%. I don not think that this will be a cure but if it help a bit it is worth it. My sister had the surgery last yr and is supportive as well as my husband and parents. Anyone have a similar experience or thoughts on the digging in of bra staps and headaches. Having been only with this board a short time I expect some witty comments from you men....hold your tounges...and take heed from the man who just won the tour de'france and examine your testicles....happy days to all...
