Hi Pete. When I was young, I did have 2-3 years of remission. precluding an attack the blood vessels of the cerebrel cortex constrict. Then they dialate. Other factors are involved and CHs were called vascular headaches, so there is a connection but I do not think high BP has been a factor established in the diagnosis of CHs. I am not a Doctor although I am prone to Play doctor.
