I`m a chronic Cluster of 25 year`s. For me it`s the oppasite, if I can catch my Cluster before it hit`s me fully I`ll do ok. At the first sign I take my med`s an lay down. This sometime`s abort`s it before it can get full blown. If I keep active at this time my head would feel like it`s getting ready to blow up. So much pain. Well you know the story. For me it`s relax. This is not to say this work`s for everyone but it does me.
