I also get "cold flashes", but never put the two together (dud), before cycle starts.
Tightness in shoulder, neck and face.
Build up of pressure in head as swelling of head starts (sometimes even hear like bones popping as swelling increases!), so scary to hear the popping of bones! You wonder if it will exploded?
Hear heartbeat in head. It takes less than 5 mins till full blown. Last 2 hrs and then back down in less than 5 mins.
I can't lay down. I will react to the pain even more. If I over react the pain seems worst and the 2 hrs will go to 4 hrs.
