I hate to be leaving you all - you've been great for the short time that I've been here. My problem was fixed today - after 13 days of absolute agony, more meds than a junkie and a bunch of off-base diagnoses - the entire torture was alleviated by root canal. It seems that my top, last molar was half-dead and abscessed - and no one picked it up on x-ray or MRI. I guess that's why it's called "practicing medicine" - they sure practiced on me! You are all welcome to come to my house for a pain-killer party - I've got enough to choke a horse. The last two weeks of my life were settled by a 12-minute procedure. I wish I could wave a magic wand and give you all the same relief. I'm not fanatically religious, but you are all in my prayers. God bless you all.
