Something that helps me sleep is Tylenol Pm. I know, I know it's stupid. The pain med in asprin is no use. The sleep aid keeps me from deep sleep, thus keeping me from CH wake up calls. Down Side I always get a HA within an hour of getting up in the morning. BUT I get a full nights sleep. I have survived on it during my last two cycles. It doesn't work for everyone, but I swear, I have never had a wake up call after taking two PM's an hour before bed. For $2.00 a bottle it's worth a try.
