Have you thought about talking to a lawyer about this poor excuse for a doctor? Not one of those established, see-ya-at-the-country-club lawyers, but a just-out-of-law-school young and hungry lawyer. This sounds like blatant mismanagement, if not malpractice. Keep your documentation instead of putting it in the bookburning. It sounds like he put Ken through that treatment solely for his fee.
