Hi everyone, I know I've dropped off in posting lately but I've been having a difficult time of things lately. Last night I almost ended up in the ER, probably should have, but couldn't stand the idea of waiting in a waiting room much less the drive there (not that I'd be driving it mind you). Finally fell into a drugged sleep after taking a few excedrin PM and forcing myself to hold very still. That was excruciatingly difficult! I tried Imitrex yesterday again and had a REALLy bad reaction to it. Last night tried the Migranol again and NOTHING. Drank as much water as I could and took a hot bath then stuck my face in the freezer and NOTHING helped. I'm sure you all can relate! I'm trying to head off the pain before it gets any worse today. Got the A/C going, drinking water hitting the caffine and Brian is bringing me home some grape juice and gingerale. I've even put peppermint foot lotion on my temple. ANY more home remedies would be greatly appreciated! Also, for those that are into herbal remedies, please tell me which ones have worked for you and what forms or how you use them.
Please help me!
