Hi Kim, I have only been here about a week but have CH's for around 13 years. I read some post on here that the caffine trick can work but can also cause one of the worst rebound headaches (as i heard it called). Before getting Oxygen and Prednisone last week I did try some soda etc. and sure enough in the middle of the night I found out what they meant by rebound headache, turned out to be really bad. I can tell you I wont do that again, but this was only my experience for whatever its worth. I can also tell you that if your chiro can get a hold of some O2, I would seriously try it, it works for alot of people. I couldnt believe how well it works for me this week when I got it. Good Luck!
