I just fininshed a bout; I usually have 3-5 years of remission (although the shortest was 1 yr) and am triggered by the change of seasons; the onset is nocturnal (REM) exactly 60 minutes after falling asleep. I had excellent success with immediate (and I mean *immediate*) inhalation of O2 at 8 litres per minute. Only once in five weeks did I have to take Demoral. What experience have others had with O2 inhalation? Has it provided steady relief over the years? I had a heck of a time getting ahold of the (prescription)equipment this last time (I suffered for a week while wrangling with the insurance company). The O2 was so effective that I am paying $50 a month to rent the equipment just so that it is available the next time I need it. I am sure you can all relate. Does anyone know how or where to buy O2 equipment? I just stumbled onto this site--and it is a great solace to see that there are people who understand what CH is; unfortunately, it seems like most of the experience is first-hand.
