We do seem to get into unhealthy cycles. We react to the pressures of everyday life. Many possibilities come to mind as the cause of cluster. Most of them are so ridiculous that i wouldn't even mention them for fear of sounding like Homer Simpson.
I would like to suggest that we live more like the 'tortoise' than the 'hare'. Keep a steady pace, don't accelerate, schedule free time into the day and use it well. Once we accelerate into 'full production' i find it becomes necessary to 'crash' afterwards to get rested and this is when the monster seems to want to strike. This has little to do with cigarettes and alcohol other than people who use them seem to be the ones who 'run then sit' as opposed to those other 'boring' people who simply 'drone on'.
Is there a relationship between 'anxiety' and clusters? How many cluster cycles have begun after a period of mental or emotional stress/duress? Or following a period of 'fear'? (a breakup, loss of job, etc)
I wish everyone painfree days a'head,
Brian W.
