I've been thinking about this - what about those of us who switch sides? Do we have a hypothalamus that is enlarged on both sides?
This time I'm on the left - the gods be thanked. The real killers are always right-siders for me. How many of you switch sides from one period to the next? Does it make any difference in the intensity? What about season? For me (mostly) it's spring - left, fall - right. Kudrow's book mentioned switching, but the statistical base was not very large ... and he wrote it 10 years ago.
Mary, you took part in Goadsby's research - did you hear anything about this?
