Carie I received some private responces from people on a abortive( relief ) method I Read in a CH book called 'Headache Relief" by Alan M. Rapopport of the New England Center for Headaches
It was found that inhaling air cooled to 42 degrees F Is as effective as oxygen. well, this may seem absurd but I would grab a chair to reach the freezer on my refridgerator and rapidly inhaled for 15 min. and it worked for me and others that emailed me privately. But if the hit during the day and you have a 9-5 job, I can't offer any suggestions, sorry.
