How does the beast know? I had a BAD Monday night, up till 3 in the morning walking the @#$%. Got to sleep around 3:30 and woke up at 6:05. Not going to work wasn't an option because there was much pre-retirement stuff to do. Had dinner last night and shortly after fell asleep in my recliner. Woke up around 5 this morning, no HA and feeling great. It was much too early for my final day (I planned to go in late and leave early) so I went to bed. Woke up at 7:15 with an uhoh. By 7:30 the beast was in control at a 7 and to the march we went. By 8:00 it was hitting 8. It has been years since I've had a full blown CH in the daytime. How does it know to totally fuck up the start of what should be one of the happiest days in one's life?
