I have just found this site, and I'm pleased to begin finding out more. I've had bouts since I was about 15. I'm now 53. They last from three to six weeks, usually in spring. Earliest was February, latest July. Having had a session I'm clear for one or two seasons. Have never put my finger on the trigger, or factors that start the session. Mine start at about 4 am. Doctors have been not much use really. Latest suggestion involves steroids and lithium I'm due this season's cluster any time now.
