this happens to me,but only now and again let me i think give you some help here.when you go into a attack the first thing you have to remember is that it will go ,when the pain peaks you can very easly go into a pannic attack this is your worst nightmare.this happens when you let go and this makes the pain intolerable and can make you do some silly things.firstly you must not get on the floor or stay in bed, you can not repeat not get rid quickly by lying down.you must stand up and focus yourself rock from side to side, when the pain peaks keep hold of yourself and stand straight and shake your whole body from rocking your legs very fast do not move your head.when the pain moves down stop this (after about 1 min )then rock your head gently from side to side.blow through the blocked nostril hard now and again.try to keep your mouth closed ,repeat this process when the attack ends stand still breigh through mouth slowly and let yourself come down do not close your eyes very very important has this will make you drowsy and give you more attacks.only go back to bed when you know that the attack is gone.if you have slight burning behinde your eye do not go back to bed.i know this sounds bullshit but 21 years of attacks and they kill me this is my aproach.i take the co2 first then if it doesnt go do the above if panic sets in then inject.well i am in the first week cycle of the start of the attacks and i allways keep laughing.after my first 10 years of the bastard it ruined my life then i knew it was up to me to live with it so now i go out enjoy get drunk get attack get rid go back to the party.
