Well Dawn Marie , you have come to the right place! As has been said many times, we DO know what you're going through. That is what gives this place it's wonderful feeling of compassion and support. Also the accumulated knowledge found here far outweighs what can be found elsewhere. These folks have more tips and tricks( for dealing with CHs) up their sleeves than a magician's convention. One suggestion I might make would be to print out some of the info found here and arm yourself with it on your next visit to the Dr. Hang in there, you are not alone anymore.
