I wish I could find the words to take away your pain. I can't. None of us can. All we can offer here is understanding and unconditional acceptance.
I feel bad that the water hasn't worked for you. I noticed that Vince has tried salt restriction from his diet and that has what has made the difference for him with this treatment. It wasn't working for him either before he cut out the salt. I know that sometimes Dramamine can give you at least one night's sleep. Sleep deprivation, I think, is one of the major factors that makes CH impossible to deal with.
Hopefully just knowing that you have a family here of 600+ that genuinely CARES whether you live or die will make the difference for you. Don't stop posting. Don't stop venting.
