let me add my "me, too" to everyone else's comment.
i've been clustering (love the verb!) for 10 or 12
years now. i also have bad sinuses, which
frequently results in a dull headache. i have also
found that both excessive heat and a sinus attack
are trigger factors for my clusters. since i live
in texas, where the heat and pollen counts are,
frankly, outrageous, this has meant the frist
months of summer are always some of my favorite
time of year. but i digress.
in any event, i have always had the clusters on the
right side of my head, until *this* bout. this
time i get to cluster on the left side, even tho
i still get the sinus headaches on the right. they
also can still trigger a cluster-- on the other
side!
as i write, i have a small (tiny, really) shadow
headache on the left, just enough to let me know
it isn't going to go away anytime soon, as well as
a nice sinus headache on the right. yes, i can
tell the difference, and yes, the pain levels are
dissimilar.
this fwiw--
