I get bad sinus headaches when the weather changes from warm to cold in a short period of hours. And also when I am in a very low pressure area . . . like when the smoke is falling down around the smoke stack, instead of rising from it. But I haven't had a CH from the weather . . . as far as I know . . . but who knows? Glare of a very bright sunny day can start my CH though.
